A police officer in was recently recognized by city officials for using CPR to save a 3-year-old boy in a dramatic moment caught on dash-cam video.The Officer responded to a 112 call requesting help for a little boy who was not breathing and unresponsive. Dash-cam footage from the police offocer's vehicle showed him pulling into the restaurant's parking lot minutes later.
